To Explore Our Country Agricultural Product Circulation Pattern Innovation

The prices of agricultural products are fluctuating like roller coasters. From the end of2010,a variety of network terms were used to mirror the fluctuations of some agricultural products’ prices. They also reflect the aspirations of the people wishing for reasonable prices. Who is responsible for the problem of the prices of agricultural products?In my opinion, an excess of exchanges of agricultural products is an important reason for the high price. Consumption is linked to production by circulation, which concerns the incomes of farmers and the pockets of consumers. It is certainly important to agricultural development, even economic growth. Over the years, the system of agricultural circulation is basically come into being because of the attention of the government. But it is not perfect compared with foreign countries. The role of market is not rationally played in guiding the price.The achievements of academic research about agricultural circulation is summarized in this paper. The scope of research is determined for the study of the mode of agricultural circulation. We know about the development of the system and the mode of agricultural circulation.We analyse the current four modes of agricultural circulation and find out the problems. By the study of three main modes in the world, taking America and Japan and the Netherlands for examples, we reference these advantages to our country. In addition, the applications of theories on Transaction costs and SCP are helpful to the innovation of the mode of agricultural circulation.Consequently,the conclusion is,with the help of the government, we should diversity our consumptive terminal. At the same time, we should develop cooperation of agricultural cooperatives and middle strong enterprises and retail enterprises, making them trading agricultural products not only in agricultural products, but also on the Internet.Then, we explain the feasibility of this new mode. Eventually, several policy suggestions are put forward to solve the problems of agricultural circulation.
