The Study On The Promoting Mechanism Of Green Credit In China

Sine the reform and opening-up, the extensive economic growth mode, with high energy consumption, high pollution and high emission, is now subjected to question and censure both at home and abroad despite the rapid development of our economy. Moreover, the contradiction between economic development and ecological balance gradually becomes prominent. To solve the increasingly serve environmental problems, administrative means can seldom achieve as expected, while it can often get multiplier effect if optimizing the use of market mechanism and making corresponding environmental economic policies. Therefore, the flourish of green credit would become an inevitable choice for the construction of environment-friendly and resource-saving society. What’s more, the sustainable development could be realized by utilizing the financial leverage of green credit, increasing credit support for energy-conservation and environment-protection enterprises and controlling the blind expansion and devetopment of "two high" industries.In this paper, firstly, game analysis of all participants of green credit is made on the basis of the connotation, theoretical fundament of its implement and necessity of green credit. Secondly, experience and reference are obtained through comparing the practice effect of green credit at home and broad and anaryzing the gap in the implement of green credit in China and developed countries, predicted on the summary and analysis of green credit’s development in the domestic and overseas. Lastly, suggestions are proposed to promote the implement of green credit in our country.
