Research On The Planning Of The Development Of Jining City Canal Trading Logistics Park

Logistics park is appeared as an important part of logistics systems with the development of modern logistics industry. It plays a vital role in promoting the development of logistics socialization, intensification and specialization.Lots of theories and practices on logistics park construction had already been discussed both in China and many other countries, however, there have few of theories and practices on the aspect of trade logistics, especially lack of experiences on the construction of commercial logistics park for areas which have inland waterway abilities. Thus, this thesis is aiming to help Jining planning a better canal trade logistics park in the future.This thesis analyzed and summarized many other theories both in China and overseas on the planing of trade logistics parks, then did a several months field research in Shandong and many other provinces on the construction of trade logistics parks. It is clear that planning canal commercial logistics parks in Jining is not only can improve the strengths of Shandong inland waterway ability, but also can make senses for Jining city center trading structures. Furthermore, it also can take advantages for increasing the economy of west of Jining and improving the core competition of Jining.This thesis is based on the basic theories, like definitions of logistics park, trade logistics park and introductions of logistics park types. Then analyses trade logistics parks current situation in China and its development trend. Moreover, using SWOT analysis method analyzing the development foundation of Jining trade logistics industry, defining development directions and emphasis for constructing Jining canal commercial logistics parks. Finally, using qualitative analysis method to analyze Jining transportation system and planning Jining canal logistics parks nodes distribution.
