Research On Project Risk Management Of Trade Logistics Park In N City

With the establishment of the ASEAN Free Trade Area,as a regional international logistics center,the economic status of N city is also increasing.In recent years,the logistics industry in N city has made great progress,which is mainly reflected in the continuous expansion of service industry,the preliminary formation of modern commodity market system,the accelerated construction of logistics facilities,and the continuous improvement of service capacity of logistics enterprises.However,the logistics industry in N city started late and lacks large logistics bases.Due to the lack of functions,the existing logistics facilities cannot fully give play to the superior location advantages of N city,nor meet the growing demand for logistics services in N city.Therefore,N city plans to establish a large trade logistics park integrating trade logistics and finance,forming a basic pattern of "one axis,two belts and three centers".The capital investment of the construction project of trade and logistics park in N city is expected to be 2 billion RMB,which is a huge project and will inevitably face various uncertainties and risk factors in investment and construction.Therefore,in order to carry out the park project smoothly,this paper takes the construction project of trade and logistics park in N city as the research object to carry out a series of risk management studies.Firstly,this paper combines the characteristics of logistics park and takes risk management as the theoretical guidance to introduce the risk management theory and evaluation method of logistics park.Secondly,the construction background,basic situation,investment estimation and operation mode of the trade and logistics park in N city are introduced in detail.Then,risk identification is carried out for the trade and logistics park in N city,and five main risks are analyzed: environmental risk,market risk,technical risk,management risk and financial risk.On this basis,combined with the expert scoring method,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to construct the evaluation index system,the index weight was determined by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk was comprehensively evaluated by the evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the overall risk of the project is at a good level and relatively safe,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the model.Finally,the corresponding risk control strategy is proposed according to the risk assessment results.In summary,this paper provides the corresponding risk management system and risk management measures forthe construction project of the trade and logistics park in N city,enabling the park to calmly deal with various risks in the implementation process,and providing advice and experience for the construction of other logistics parks.
