Telecommunications industry is a competition extensive industry, it requires cutting-edge and frequently updated technology. Especially in recent years, a variety of business innovation is coming out, so that the telecommunication industry employees are facing tremendous work pressure.Pressure would affect people’s phisical and mental behavior. Improper handling pressure not only on the individuals have some damage, but also would have a negative impact on business development and organizational performance. Therefore, stress management is a hot issue of human resource concerns.In this paper, we use employees from private communications equipment manufacturers A for the study. Analysis by investigating the sources of stress of A company employees to figure out the main problems that exist in current stress management practices. Summarize the pressure source from the environment, organizations, individuals and proposed stress management coping strategies. Hoping through the company A proposed coping strategies to alleviate staffs work stress,improve efficiency and enhance the well-being of employees.This thesis is based on investigation and analysis from company A and also the proposed pressure management strategies are verifed, supplemented by scientific research methods,to provide a study to the industry of pressure management.
