The Development Of Leisure Agriculture Garden In Quanzhou City

Leisure agriculture is a new industry which is based on agriculture and combines with the secondary industry and tertiary industry; it pays a duty for transforming traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. As the main representative of leisure agriculture, leisure agriculture gardens play important roles in promoting rural employment, increasing income of farmers, revitalizing rural lands and accelerating structure adjustment of rural industrial. They are powerful driving force for the construction of new socialist countryside. Quanzhou city is consist of mountain and sea, the actively use of its steady agricultural foundation, superior natural endowments and rich cultural heritage make the leisure agriculture develop rapidly. But some problems of development have been revealed and worth thinking.This paper takes leisure agriculture gardens of Quanzhou as objects of research. First of all, through the use of literature, survey analysis, AHP Fuzzy Evaluation Method, this paper analyzes the development and prize situation of leisure agriculture gardens in Quanzhou city. Meanwhile, this paper also analyzes the potential conditions for developing leisure agriculture of each county lands in Quanzhou city, which concluded that Yongchun and Hui’an counties are the greatest potential. Secondly, this paper use the method of SWOT to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of leisure agriculture gardens in Quanzhou city; it indicates that the development of leisure agriculture gardens in Quanzhou city is equipped with many advantages on agricultural infrastructure, ecology and transportation and the positive development strategies will be selected to their further development. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the case of "Rivers Month" leisure agriculture garden in Fuzhou city and the successful experience is picked up. Its emphasis on the role of experience economy, brand promotion is significant to the development of leisure agriculture gardens in Quanzhou City.Finally, this paper draws a conclusion by summarizing the overall research that the development of leisure agriculture gardens in Quanzhou city is rapid in recent years and developmental strategies will be selected in the future. At the same time, this paper put forward some suggestions that can solve the problems exposed in the development of leisure agriculture garden in Quanzhou city. The suggestions as follows:Firstly, playing the role of government for guidance and support; secondly, paying attention to farmers and protecting the interests of farmers; thirdly, adjusting measures to local conditions and right time; fourthly, establishing concepts and highlighting features; fifthly, improving the overall quality of employees; sixthly, increasing publicity and playing the role of brand influence; seventhly, strengthening the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan provinces.
