It’s very important to regulate food production and business activities, enhance standardized scientific and effective of food safety control, improve the overall level of food safety, and ensure food safety. But in recent years, frequent food safety incidents has exceeded the scope of the illegal market in general, and also exposed some problems in the field of social morality can not be ignored, such as Taiwan plasticizer incident, dyeing bread, clenbuterol and other issues. While in Zhoushan Islands District, seafood causes consumer attention as dishes and snack foods. It’s too common exceeded newspapers such as heavy metal residues, food additives and other issues in seafood, so much security incidents are constantly hitting the people’s "psychological barrier". So, how to strengthen supervision and improve the overall level of the seafood is the purpose of this article.This paper mainly study the issue of seafood safety supervision, in use of comparative analysis and on-site inquiry method to propose solutions.
