E-commerce and logistics can influence and interact with each other. The rapid growth in the general trade scale of Chinese e-commerce in recent years has accelerated the development of logistics. However, with the benefit of the internet the development of e-commerce in China is much faster than that of logistics, and modern logistics in our country, which can not well cater for the need of e-commerce developing at an ever-increasing speed, has become a bottleneck in the development course of e-commerce. Under this overall background, a number of domestic e-commerce enterprises attempt to build their own logistic distribution network in order to remedy the low-specialized and inefficient logistics service provided by a third party. This phenomenon draws attention from scholars at home and abroad, who have carried out considerable in-depth theoretical and empirical researches. B2C e-commerce, with the feature of low quantity and high frequency, is more complicated than B2B and C2C e-commerce, and we can not make the simple judgment that an e-commerce enterprise should adopt one certain logistics distribution mode. Therefore, this thesis regards the logistics distribution of e-commerce enterprises as the main research object, aiming to find out logistics distribution modes suited to the development of B2C e-commerce and provide relevant evidence.In this thesis researches are performed in the following aspects:First, the thesis introduces the three current distribution modes in our country, namely self-build logistic mode, third-party logistics mode and logistic union mode, analyses the development of and problems in current logistics distribution, carries out a Value Chain Analysis on B2C e-commerce from the perspective of Game Theory, conducts a General Exterior Environment Analysis on it with PEST methods from different perspectives of politics, economy, society and technology, and makes a Advantage-and-Disadvantage comprehensive comparison on self-build logistics mode, third-party logistics mode and logistics union mode from different perspectives of control ability, service level, respond speed, information level, funding liquidity, logistics cost, service recipient, coverage, specialization level and risks. Secondly, the thesis analyses factors that influence the choice of B2C e-commerce enterprises, explores the specific evaluation criteria under major influencing factors, explains the basic theory and concrete steps of Analytic Hierarchy Process, and sets up an evaluation system based on the above analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process. Thirdly, on five major B2C e-commerce corporations questionnaire survey, the statistics were brought into the model to build. And then combine these corporations should use what kind of logistic models in this model to determine whether consistent with those currently being used in the logistics model, whether there is a need for improvement, if any, find the direction of improvement. Finally, based on the above analysis, several proposals and conclusions are put forward to promote the development of the logistics distribution of B2C e-commerce.
