The rapid development of Chinese economy brings more active international trade.The trade volume increases year by year.With the globalization,the way of trade,especially the international trade has become more complex,which asks for the higher requirement of logistics.Therefore trading companies prefer to outsource logistics to more professional logistic companies,in this way,trading companies could be more focused on the core business more effectively and efficiently.Thus the third party logistics occurs.The third party logistic companies,as the Indispensable part oflogistic,attracts a lot of attention of trading companies by its own expertise and particularly strong logistics platform.Therefore,the third party logistic companies become the first choice of outsourcing with higher standard.The third party logistics companies should not only focuses on simple warehousing and transportation services but also a transition to a comprehensive industry oriented by customers’ satisfaction,aiming at establishing core competence and providing more reliable added values.Illustrated by D express company,the current problems and transition will be elaborated.The growth of outsourcing has led many international logistic companies entered Chinese market after recognizing the potentials.This diversity optimizes the industrial structure,but also intensifies market competition and exposes many problems existing in current the third party,which are inadequate infrastructure and lack of qualified talents and so on.I would like to talk about the transition of the third party logistics into a green and ecofriendly logistics accompanied global standard operation procedure and professionals.Besides,the concept of “Internet+” has influenced us in many fields of our daily lives.The third party logistics business should achieve self-development with the Internet thinking on the network platform.Relevant measures should be carried on in order to deepen enterprise reform and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises with the background of big data.
