Study On The Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of The Development Level Of Service Industry In Hebei Province

With the development of the world economy entering into the era of service economy,the service industry development level has become an important symbol to measure the degree of social and economic development of a country or region.China's service economy has developed rapidly since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.At present,the service industry has become the main driving force and new engine for economic growth,and China has begun to enter a new era dominated by the service economy.In recent years,the growth of service economy in Hebei Province has accelerated significantly,and it has become the first support for the economic growth.However,there is still a large gap between the proportion of value added of Hebei Province and the national average level.Under the current situation of the increased downward pressure on the economy and the slowdown of industrial growth in Hebei Province,it has become an important starting point for promoting the adjustment of economic structure strategy to accelerate the development of the service industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and policy reference value to follow up the evaluation of the development level of service industry in Hebei Province,and to keep track of its current situation,influence factors and promotion strategies.The research core problem of this thesis is to evaluate the development level of service industry in Hebei Province,and put forward some promotion strategies.The main contents and conclusions are summarized as follows.First,in order to understand the status about the development of the service industry in Hebei Province,this thesis made a descriptive analysis about the overall characteristics of the service industry in Hebei Province since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,from the aspects of the development scale,proportion,employment and internal structure of the service industry.Second,based on the relevant theories and literature,this thesis constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system of service industry development,and applied the entropy method to measure the comprehensive development level of service industry in 31 provinces of China.The computational results showed that the service industry in Hebei Province is at a medium level of development in China and its level is lower than other Eastern provinces.Furthermore,this thesis classified all regions of the country according to the calculated comprehensive scores of the secondary indicators,and concluded that Hebei and Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan,Fujian,Anhui,Henan provinces belong to the fourth category,in which the scores of potential,structure and benefit indicators of service industry are mostly lower than the national average.Among them the structural indicator score of Hebei Province is the lowest.Third,based on the above evaluation results,this thesis qualitatively analyzed the main factors that affect the development of modern service industry in Hebei Province,and made an empirical analysis by using the grey correlation method.The computational results showed that the order of influence factors(according to their influence degree on modern service industry)is as follows: urbanization level,consumption demand level,economic development level,industrialization level and opening-up level.Finally,combining with the main analysis conclusions and the reality of Hebei Province,this thesis puts forward some strategies and advices to improve the development level of the service industry in Hebei Province,which mainly include to guide scientific planning,improve the development environment;expand the scale of the market subject,increase the investment of all resources;optimize the internal structure,implement classification adjustment;accelerate industrial integration,promote coordinated development;grasp strategic opportunities and strengthen open cooperation.
