With the advent of the informational era, the traditional management based on specialization division of work has become an ineffective tool for enterprise to adapt to a new age. As technology changes, management also needs to evolve and innovate. To be competitive long term, domestic and foreign companies have transitioned the way, with the most approach to enhance competitiveness being corporate management restructuring. The move is one to an in-formalized, globalize and knowledge based management style with a flat virtual organizational direction. As the most important resource of a competitive company people play a crucial and decisive role for the successful transformation of management.Engaging staff in order to obtain their best performance has been one of the important topics for corporate management. Key performance appraisal is an essential guide to the job performance of an employee. The design of performance indicators affects employee enthusiasm and the outcome of work done by staff and also assists with aligning outcomes to corporate strategic objectives. The proper design of performance indicators is crucial to engaging staff and the success of the transformation.This essay studies and tracks the transformation of management for a company that implemented innovated transformation strategies. A summary of the different of KPI’s (Key performance indicators) is provided. A decomposed two-dimensional matrix model was applied that effectively supported the corporate strategic transformation, and also provided a favorable support system for the realization of corporate strategic objectives. A process-based KPI Snap chain design model effectively reflects the characteristics of business process change and the measure change in employee performance. In an external market-driven environment the development-based design of multi-dimensional model can be implemented in a flat organization structure by indicators that stimulate a multifaceted approach to the development of staff and effectively enhance business integration, and corporate competitiveness. In independently-run enterprise KPI design model the employee is the smallest entrepreneur in independent business enterprises, and are subject to market pressures, self-management and self-financing. Employees realize their own values in order to achieve business goals. The models are designed based on the latest orientation and characteristics of management transition, and the latest KPI theories and KPI performance management designs. Models reflect the new ideas and the new requirements of management restructuring. With management innovation, KPI’s can play a role in transformation of management.
