The Application Research Of Design For Six Sigma In Home Appliance Development

At present,the home appliance industry competition is fierce,and the product design innovation,quality improvement,cost savings in the product development stage has been decided,so we must implement the DFSS in the product development stage.This thesis discusses the Six Sigma design method and its application,and summarizes the introduction experience of the Six Sigma design method.It is of great benefit to improve the management level of the Six Sigma design in our home appliance management.This thesis first introduces the related theories of the Six Sigma management,and the main models.Secondly,based on S company of home appliance as an object,starting from the general situation and the product development,the existing problems are pointed out.The main part presents a set of solutions based on DFSS.Construct and implement DFSS organization,establish perfect training system,introduce the implementation process and tool of DFSS.Finally,according to the customer complaints about the liquid residue in the washing machine box as an example,the application of DFSS is described in detail in S company.Start with identifying customer needs,identify possible causes,establish experimental plans,and identify key factors.Through experiment optimization design,select the optimal design scheme.The effectiveness of the problem solving and the reliability of DFSS are verified by physical experiments.
