With the rapid development of third-party logistics,logistics outsourcing as along-term manage strategies,which improves enterprise materials turnoverrate,strengthens the core value concept of enterprise,and expands the market shares ofenterprise.On the one hand, it has strengthen the technical cooperation and informationsharing between third-party logistics enterprises and outsourcing enterprises,thusspeeding up to establish long-term strategic alliance,and creating a huge profit marginsfor outsourcing companies. On the other hand,it has increased the risk of logisticsenterprises implementing outsourcing activities.Therefore,in the process of logisticsenterprises implementing outsourcing activities, not only to compare, analyze andevaluate a great number of third-party logistics service providers, but also to assess therisk of enterprise logistics facing in comprehensive angle, then selecting the bestlogistics service providers,laying the foundation for improving the reliability of logisticsoutsourcing activities.This paper based on the summaries of logistics outsourcing risk theory at home andabroad, carried LY company logistics outsourcing activities as the research object,conducted a hierarchical, quantitative evaluation and research on LY company logisticsoutsourcing risks.First, by describing LY company’s logistics risk management modeland outsourcing development situation,and to position of the logistics outsourcingproject,then by evaluating integration ability of A, B, C three logistics service providerswhich participate in bidding,and to choose the most suitable third-party logistics serviceproviders for LY company logistics outsourcing activities;Secondly, comprehensiveanalysis the uncertainty risks for choosing logistics service provider A, evaluated thecompany’s logistics outsourcing risks,and analysised the impact of various risk for LYcompany implementing logistics outsourcing activities;Finally,based on the risks of LYcompany’s logistics outsourcing,developed strong pertinence and high efficiency riskprevention strategies, thus improving the company’s competitive advantage.
