Study On The Sustainableutilization Of Coal Resources In Western China

In this paper, the exploitation and utilization of coal resources in the westernregion of our country as the research object, the author of the regional developmentand utilization of coal resources situation analysis, guided by the theory of sustainabledevelopment, put forward a series of coal resources to promote the regionalsustainable use path, to provide reference for the sustainable use of coal resources inthe western region of china. The main findings of the study are:1according to the theory of sustainable development, the sustainable use of coalresources in the western region of China is not the coal resources in the repeated useof permanent indefinite and unlimited, but the area of coal resource wealthmaximization explore resources growing wealth and its region in the generation, thegeneration, sharing, equality between reasonable the sustainable use of coal resourcesdistribution so as to realize the regional perspective.2The argument in this paper the development and utilization of coal resources inthe indirect reduction process of ecological damage, environmental pollution andother public facilities and construction damage will make coal resources of wealth,only to promote the development and utilization of coal resources to maximize controlprocess of all kinds of negative externality costs, as well as to the internal costeffectively, is one of the an important way of coal resources in the western region ofChina to increase wealth.3in the paper also proves the, promoting China’s coal resources in the westernregion tax from quantity based to shift from ad valorem, for China’s western regionwealth in the national finance and coal producing area, between the contemporary andfuture generations, between the areas of coal resources and coal resources in theregion between the non fair, is an important guarantee for China’s western regionsustainable overall development.4The discussed to promote China’s coal resources of coal resource type area,West Enterprise in the development of the coal industry and the development of noncoal industries is a necessary condition of coal resources, coal resource type area West Enterprise onto the road of sustainable development, in order to ensure the sustainabledevelopment of the western region.The innovation of this paper lies in, break the conventional thinking, the conceptof sustainable development solutions for flexible, the coal resources of the nonrenewable resources, and realize the sustainable utilization of the maximization ofmining and reasonable distribution of coal resources through wealth, provides thereference for the coal resources in China’s western region sustainable utilization.
