After the financial crisis era, With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, Thespread of science and technology between countries increase day by day,the protectionmeasures of international trade are experiencing a new revolution. The intellectual propertyright which related of strade is been taken more and more attention, intellectual propertytrade barriers in developed countries has become an important protection means ofimplementing trade. There are more and more trade frictions because of intellectualproperty right. How to protect own intellectual property right as well as defend the outsideIPR threats are important missions of every country or area.to our country, the tradebarriers of intellectual property has become into an important factor which affect the exportof our products, have an far-reaching impact on China’s export enterprises and exporttrade.This article is divided into seven parts. The first section presents the researchbackground and significance, and domestic and international intellectual property barriersrelated research to make a simple overview of proposed research methods, research ideasand innovations of the study on this basis. The second part focuses on the meaning ofintellectual property barriers, characteristics and manifestations of the new features of theanalysis focused on intellectual property barriers crisis era, the new forms, as well as thelatest developments in international intellectual property trade barriers. The third partdiscusses the trade-related intellectual property barriers to the theory, discusses intellectualproperty barriers to exports from the theoretical amount of inhibitory effect, and finallydiscusses the economic effects of the implementation of intellectual property rights underconditions of general equilibrium barriers. The fourth part of China’s export enterprisessuffered internal and external causes of intellectual property barriers to trade and exporttrade export enterprises from the two levels of analysis. The fifth part of China’s exportenterprises were micro-and macro-level analysis of the impact of intellectual property barriers to trade in the short term and the long term brings. This is the sixth part of theempirical analysis, our country suffered through the main features of the U.S. Section337investigations involving analysis of industry trends survey, the high-tech industry and thephotovoltaic industry both industry level, for example, case study TRIPS barriers to exportthe actual impact on our businesses.
