With the social development and progress, more perfect urban construction andecological environment are increasingly demanded. This will give the city a lot oftraffic pressure and make land resources more tense. To solve this problem andimprove travel efficiency, the Metro with large volume, punctuality, comfortable,secure, high-speed and low environmental pollution has been opened or underconstruction in various cities. While upper property as a new carrier of land neededfor metro and a new pattern of land development achieves the intensive use of land.This underlines that the upper property development has an important andfar-reaching impact on the urban construction, improving the quality of life andguiding urban morphological changesThe proposed upper property of the vehicle section is a secondary developmentform based on the land needed for subway construction. Under the premise of meetingtheir functions, vehicle section adds column grids and erects structural convertingstorey. Then property and facilities are developed on it aims to the intensive use ofland. How to organically combine metro itself with upper property of the vehiclesection on aspects of planning, implementation and operation will be a new issues thatsubway construction has to face.This paper proposed a research and analysis on NC vehicle section by usingrelevant theory of TOD, SWOT and economic analysis. It refers to domestic andforeign advanced construction and management experience of upper property. Thepaper is based on development planning and aims to offering some more scientificand reasonable advice on planning, implementation and operation of construction andmanagement strategies. These advices are hoped to achieve the goal of intensiveutilization of land resources, improving the comprehensive benefits of land utilizationand feedback subway construction and operation by economic benefits.
