Construction Of Evaluation System For Influence Degree Of Metro Depot And Metro Depot Cover Property

With the rapid expansion of the city,urban rail transit develops rapidly.As an important supporting facility for rail transit,the demand for metro depots is also more intense.Under such circumstances,the land resources of the city will fall into a more tense situation.Although the development of the Metro Depot cover property has solved the shortage of land resources well,there will be many interacting factors between the Metro Depot and the Metro Depot cover property in the process of development and construction.In this paper,the mutual influence of the Metro Depot and the Metro Depot cover property is explored and studied.First,from the angle of property building,property traffic,property environment and property value,this paper analyzes their influence on the upper cover property,and takes them as the two level index to obtain 9 three level indexes,such as building layout,building height,car traffic,pedestrian traffic,exit and entrance setting,exhaust gas,vibration,noise,commuter travel and so on.Therefore,the evaluation index system for influencing degree of the Metro Depot on the Metro Depot cover property is established.Secondly,the paper analyzes the influence on the Metro Depot from the ten aspects of building,structure,construction period,project investment,fire control,vibration,noise,waste gas and dust,high temperature and lighting,according to the principle of evaluation index setting and expert opinion,six factors are selected as two level index.The evaluation index system for influencing degree of the Metro Depot cover property on the Metro Depot is established.Third,the calculation methods,such as expert investigation,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),variation coefficient method and entropy value method,are selected from the basic principle,the implementation process,the advantages and disadvantages and so on.The AHP is used as the calculation method of the weight in this study.The evaluation index system for influencing factors of the Metro Depot on the Metro Depot cover property and evaluation index system for influencing degree of the Metro Depot cover property on the Metro Depot are constructed respectively.Finally,taking the construction of the seven fort Metro Depot of Hangzhou metro line one as a case,the effectiveness and applicability of the evaluation index system for influencing degree of the Metro Depot on the Metro Depot cover property and the evaluation index system for influencing degree of the Metro Depot cover property on the Metro Depot are tested.
