Research About Environment Livable City Construction Of ShenYang

With the continuous development of economy and society, and continuous expansion of city size, emergence of environmental pollution, resource shortages, traffic jam, such as a series of urban problems had become prominent issue. In recent years, the level of Urbanization of Shenyang was still higher than the national average, due to the unreasonable Industrial structure and economic development models, a series of socio-economic and environmental problems of resources had been exposed, like lack of water, energy pollution and environmental infrastructure lag, etc. Therefore, it is important to strengthen the construction of livable environment in the process of economic development of Shenyang.Firstly, explained the purpose and significance of this study and reviewed previous studies at home and abroad, defined the concept related to environment livable city, made clear of livable environmental city evaluation index system, and the elements were analyzed. Secondly, on the base of description analysis of real situation of Shenyang, found out the problems, like the government needs to improved, urban construction land was used wastely, serious environmental pollution, and resource consumption was on a high level and environmental infrastructure incomplete and less means of environmental management, such as problems. Then analzed the causes, like, the thought of main body of construction did not reach the designated position, unscientific economic development mode, insufficient investment, laws and regulations was not perfect, etc. According to the analisis above, gave the suggestions to livable city construction in five aspects, like, improve the scientific level of government decision, etc. Last, gave the summary and the deficiencies.
