Evaluation Research On Dynamic Capabilities Of Construction Enterprises International Contracting

ABSTRACT:With the further advance of economic globalization, Chinese construction enterprises accelerate the pace of "going out". However, with the international market environment uncertainty further intensified and the increasingly fierce market competition, the construction enterprises of our country are facing severe challenges. Therefore, how to maintain and promote their own development in the complicated international engineering contracting market has become an important issue of construction enterprises facing.In this paper, the dynamic capabilities of construction enterprises in international contracting are elected to be the research object. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the construction enterprises international contracting and the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities put forward by Teece:the ability of environmental perception ability, seizing opportunities and integrating and reconstructing resources, this paper identified13indicators for evaluating the dynamic capabilities of construction enterprises international contracting by means of literature analysis and consulting relevant experts. Using the AHP to determine the weight of each index to dynamic capability, establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. And then obtain the initial data through questionnaire survey evaluate the dynamic capabilities of zhongjiaoluqiao international contracting, which is a comprehensive application and verification of evaluation method. And the results of the evaluation are consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise, thus verifying the research of this paper has practical value. Finally, according to the influence degree of each index to the dynamic capabilities of construction enterprises international contracting, put forward the improve measures from the aspects of flexible organization, internal environment perception, stakeholder perception, enterprise learning ability, spirit of entrepreneurs, macro environment perception, enterprise innovation ability, etc.
