Research On The Land Use Coordination Of Suburban National Park

Under the background of rapid urbanization and market economy effecting.in our country, national park is encountering unprecedented impact. Because of its special geographical location and connection with the city which relying in space and time,land use of suburban national park is facing unprecedented challenges.Development of suburban national park is in a embarrassment dilemma of "urban development" and "landscape conservation"This paper started from the land use of suburban national park, targeted elaborating the functions and features of suburban national park, the results of data analysis about selected case show the main problems of the land use of suburban national park.From two aspects about variety of urban planning system and independent of land classification system.this paper revealed the reasons for the land issues of suburban national park in our country. On the basis of causal analysis above, the author explain the idea of coordination between the city and suburban national park approach of the coordination between development and protection, function and structure, management and implementation.Proposing the land use strategy by the way of coordination orientationby range from four aspect of the zoning range, urban planning system, land classification, function and structure.At the same time,the author also proposed specific operational measures and theoretical target which expect to reach.The possible innovation of this paper is that the author carryed out a targeted research.Through the analysis of suburban national park’s land, relieving the embarrassment dilemma of suburban national park under the background of rapid urbanization;Promoting interactive development between the city and suburban national park;Providing guidance and reference for coordinating relationship among city,people and land.
