Study On Eco-agricultural Park Planning Of Suburban Area

Along with government emphasis on agricultural development, everywhere in China are the modern agricultural parks. But, as to theory research of agricultural park planning, especially for eco-agricultural park planning, it is so insufficient and lagging for planning practice. Therefore, face to a lot of government practice needs, how to enrich the basic theory of eco-agricultural park, planning contents, planning methods and technologies wil become an issue and focus with theoretical and practical significance for new generation planners and managers.Based on the theories of urban agriculture, ecological agriculture and leisure agriculture theory, a large number of documents, field investigation and project planning practice, this paper takes the eco-agriculture park in suburban area as the research object, and discusses the methods and contents of eco-agricultural park planning theory under the background of ecological agriculture of urban suburban type.The main contents in this paper include three aspects:(1) discusses the relative theories of eco-agricultural park planning, planning principals, planning methods and technologies, and practice in a typical planning project based on research conclusion of the eco-agricultural park planning theories;(2) for the strategic planning of master planning of the eco-agricultural park in the specific case, the author gives some of planning advices about the planning general orientation and positioning, development targets, function structure organization, spatial zoning, ecological agriculture patterns and so on;(3) for the detailed planning and design of the eco-agricultural park, according to the analysis on physical and human environment,the source markets of visitors and strength-weakness-opportunity-threat(SWOT), the author puts forward several eco-agricultural development pattern designes such as "the pig-marsh-fruit-earthworm","pig-marsh-fruit-mushroom" and "pig-marsh-fruit-rabbit", and plans and designes the detailed development projectes and supporting facilities for every function areas, and gives some advices on the eco-agricultural park image positioning, marketing strategies and park operational mechanism so on.
