Research On Logistics Support Strategy And Evaluation System Of Fresh Agricultural Products Online Shopping

With the development of electronic commerce in recent years, the trade form of part of fresh agricultural products has changed from the traditional channels to online shopping, and some of the e-commerce sites have already tried to sell fresh agricultural products, at the same time, some traditional enterprises have begun to build e-commerce sites to promote the sales of fresh agricultural products. However, the relevant data displays that fresh agricultural products online shopping occupies a small proportion in the total trade volume of agricultural products. Consumers consider the process that the fresh agricultural products from the business to their hands is not intellectual, this is the main reason, and it’s not certain that the fresh agricultural products is intact or not, this involves the logistics process. Thus the logistics has become the main factor to limit the development of fresh agricultural products in online shopping.Based on the above background, the author chose a logistics support strategy fresh agricultural products online shopping which is suitable for China’s development situation, and construction an evaluation system to evaluate the effect of the strategy. This paper has the following contents:(1)Based on the concepts and features of fresh agricultural products, fresh agricultural products online shopping and fresh agricultural products logistics, the author analyzes the special requirements that fresh agricultural products online shopping put on logistics. And then clearly defined the concept of fresh agricultural products online shopping logistics system.(2)By analyzing the logistics current situation of fresh agricultural products online shopping in China and United States and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various logistics modes, the author chose the combinational strategy of self-logistics and third-party logistics to support the development of fresh agricultural products online shopping. Then listed the starting point, reasons and benefits the strategy will brings for fresh agricultural products online shopping logistics platforms.(3) After selecting the logistics strategy, the author build a performance evaluation system of the combinational strategy from the perspective of logistics facilities and operational efficiency.(4) Through the study on fresh agricultural products logistics of COFCO I buy nets as an example, made a comprehensive evaluation of self-logistics and third-party logistics on fresh agricultural products online shopping platforms. The evaluation method is fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP:asked10experts to consult and rate in the form of questionnaires, calculate weights of each indicator using AHP. Then invited20professionals to score for each indicator affiliation, calculated evaluation results using fuzzy evaluation method and analyzed the results.(5) Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions from the external environment, logistics assembly level and environmental protection based on the above results, I hope fresh agricultural products online shopping in our country will get faster development.
