Research On Logistics Quality Cost Level Of Fresh Agricultural Products Based On Customer Satisfaction

The production level and consumption level of fresh agricultural products are among the highest in the world.With the exception of a small number of fresh agricultural products for farmers 'own use,the rest have entered the circulation link.This has not only driven the development of fresh agricultural product distribution enterprises,but also promoted the development of China's fresh agricultural product logistics enterprises.Logistics quality cost is the most important level index for fresh agricultural product logistics enterprises.Therefore,the study on the logistics quality cost level of fresh agricultural products can not only help fresh agricultural logistics enterprises to effectively reduce operating costs,but also enable logistics enterprises to find a balance between quality cost levels.Rational quality cost input and effective control of quality cost input under the same quality level will increase the enterprise's income.On the basis of other scholars 'research on logistics quality cost,this paper reads a large number of references and related materials.Through consulting fresh agricultural product logistics professionals,we refer to customer satisfaction theory.Based on the analysis of logistics quality cost structure,the evaluation index system of fresh agricultural products logistics quality cost level was established.The innovation point is: based on customer satisfaction,the logistics quality cost of fresh agricultural products was reclassified,and the subject setting was carried out to facilitate the logistics enterprises to calculate the quality cost in their daily operations;The evaluation index system of logistics quality cost level reflecting the characteristics of fresh agricultural products and customer satisfaction was established.This index system classifies the first level of quality cost level as the level of logistics input,the level of monitoring and testing,the level of corporate image,and the level of logistics quality loss.Under the four primary indicators,they are divided into 15 secondary indicators.These 15 indicators can fully reflect the level of logistics quality cost of fresh agricultural products,and then carry out the definition and determination of indicators,and achieve the calibration of the indicators for the quality cost level research of fresh agricultural product logistics enterprises.By means of expert questionnaire,this paper constructs the judgment matrix of each index,calculates the weight of each index,and carries on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Through the evaluation results and weight analysis,it is found that the logistics enterprises of fresh agricultural products should pay more attention to the credit grade of logistics in quality cost management.Only by controlling the quality cost at an appropriate level can the enterprise develop steadily in a severe market environment.
