| With the social and economic development, electronic commerce is becoming more and more popular, and online shopping has become a popular topic, in which the trading site Taobao has the largest share. Business model of internet shopping abroad has asymptotic mature, but the domestic only just starts and its system need to be improved. Its evaluation of domestic scholars is relative little. The results of this paper could improve the online shopping evaluation methods and provide a theoretical basis and operational technical methods for the evaluation of other domestic e-commerce.In this paper, we adopt the methods which combine theory with practice, in order to study the online shopping system of Taobao and evaluation methodology systematically. Based on the combination of online shopping's evaluation methodology and indices, an evaluation system for online shopping system was established with the reality of Taobao. It includes an objective layer, a rule layer and an index layer. Furthermore, the five-grade assessment standard described as "good, a little good, ordinary, a little poor and poor" is established.With the internal relations between indices and online shopping, we use the method of analytic hierarchy process to compute the weight. Then a model of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established with the combination of the methods of systematic analysis and fuzzy mathematics. By investigating Taobao, the assessment of Taobao is carried out with the method of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results of the assessment show that the situation of Taobao is good. However, the little good accounts for 26.96%. So it needs to strengthen its internal management and adopts corresponding measures to improve its system, in order to make Taobao more healthy and orderly. |
