With the arrival of the era of big data,in the face of fierce competition environment,higher and higher requirements are put forward by customers in the timeliness,security and diversity of the fresh agricultural products.In order to maintain the quality and quantity of the fresh agricultural products to the consumer,and to improve the freshness and nutritional value of the fresh agricultural products,the logistics and distribution needs to have sufficient flexibility.To improve logistics flexibility capability in the fresh agricultural products,takes Hubei province as an example,the following work is mainly finished:Firstly,the information about fresh agricultural products logistics and the logistics under the Big Data are gotten in the research achievements of predecessors.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to provide a basis of the following studies.Thirdly,a system about logistics flexibility capability is established to get a model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.At last,takes Hubei province as an example,analysis of logistics flexibility capability of the fresh agricultural products,the counter measures are given as well.Through the research,the conclusions are the following:transport capacity,storage capacity,integration ability,innovation ability,information sharing ability and fast response ability constitute the logistics flexible ability of the fresh agricultural products under the Big Data.What's more,two levels of six categories,a total of 20 evaluation index are the best evaluation system.Meanwhile,Hubei province has a relatively good ability in the logistics of the fresh agricultural products,and the counter measures are given to improve it.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is verified to be appropriate according to the actual situation in Hubei province.
