Secondly, analyzing present situation of quality safety of edible agriculturalproducts and the main limits which existing in the input control, get the conclusion that it has verysmall influence on control of the enterprises’ non-moral behavior only by the supervision and punishmentof regulatory’s inspections and spot checks.Then, through the typical investigation in agriculturalproduction base and enterprises and the research on food safety standards, put forward the scope of non-moral inputs of the main farming products, livestock products and fruit products. Finally,through enlightenment what domestic and overseas strategy which can effectively control the expenditureof agricultural non-moral input,and exploring the linkage of management mechanism which tocontrol agricultural production inputs of various functional departments,to establishing a control networkof supervision system to control effectively quality and safety of edible agricultural products.
