Reseaching On Edible Agricultural Products In Hainan Province

Edible agricultural products,as people's daily essential food,the importance of its quality is self-evidence.It is the important mean for ensuring people's life and health.to strengthen the supervision of the quality of edible agricultural products.especially on the trading part of guarantee which is a week link.Currently,our country has not formed the unified supervision system of the quality of edible agricultural products on the trading market and the system of Hainan province is imperfect.Through analyzing the difficulties in the supervision and guarantee of edible agricultural products,this paper can carry forward the building of the system and improve the level of guarantee.In this paper,there are seven parts including introduction,five chapters and conclusion.The introduction tells the background,the significance and the method of study,describes the mean content and the framework of the paper,and sums up the major problems that have been solved and the innovation.The first chapter describes the concepts of edible agricultural products involved.The second chapter summers the whole situation of our country on the supervision of edible agricultural products,analyzing the effect of guarantee and the problems that exist in the supervision.The third chapter describes the supervision situation of Hainan province,including sellers of edible agricultural products on the trading part,the building of supervision institution,the establishment of security system and the exploration on supervision.The fourth chapter analyzes the major problems that existing in the supervision of edible agricultural products on trading part in Hainan province and the necessary of researching the supervision of edible agricultural products.The fifth chapter is about countermeasures for solving the problems mentioned above which provide reference for government institution.By using the methods of empirical analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and countermeasure analysis,the paper dissects the problems experienced at the supervision practice and provides the practical countermeasures from the micro-perspective which helps officers at the primary-level t o solve the supervision problems of "the last one kilometer"and elevates the efficiency and level of guarantee.
