Survey On The Farmers’ Satisfaction Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical And The Research On Inlfuencing Factors

The NRCMS in China has made obvious achievements since it implemented in2003.Theparticipation rate of NRCMS increased and the coverage of it expanded year by year.The farmer’s coveragewas becoming more and more wide. The supervision and management of the NRCMS also more and morestandardized which greatly changed the dilemma that the farms had to paid a high cost.But it encounteredmany problems in the implementation of the new farmers, such as the government’s propaganda was notenough;reimbursement mechanism is unreasonable;infrastructure construction of medical institutions wasbackward and so on.The pilot project of the NRCMS in the areas of XinJiang had been started in2004.The healthconditions of many areas had greatly improved from the implementation effect.Not only was the farmers’living standard improved but also National stability was improved in a certain degree as an ares where thenational problem is relatively sensitive.But as an economically backward autonomous region,it led to manyproblems in the implementation process of the NRCMS.We explored and analyzed these problems thathindered the process of the NRCMS and find out the causes of problem and put some reasonable measuresforward.It is an important theoretical and practical significance for the development of NRCMS in XinJing.This research is established on the idea of farmers satisfaction and illustrated by the example of YiningCounty in Xinjiang,from the perspective of attitude of toward new farmers the new rural cooperativemedical.The whole thesis is is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter is introduction,described theresearch significance and background of the NRCMS,research methods and the review of scholars of theNRCMS.The second chapter described the development process of NRCMS and its characteristics andprinciples.The third chapter describes the implementation of the new rural cooperative in national,provincial and Yining County. In the fourth chapter,the survey is based on the perspective of Yining Countyfarmers on all aspects of whole implement process of the new rural cooperative associated withfarmers,using SPSS software to perform univariate analysis and multivariate analysis of the samplehouseholds.The fifth chapter was talking about the problem of t the new rural cooperative during itsimplement based on the result of the last chart.The sixth chapter put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions through the problem.The seventh chapter summarized the whole researchand prospected the development of the NRCMS in the future.
