With the improvement of living standards of farmers, health is increasingly concerned about the high requirements of medical system more perfect. Since 2003, China began to carry out a pilot program of new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS). Ganzhou, began the pilot work of the NCMS in 2003, too. The establishment of the NCMS achieved remarkable success to solve the problem of medical treatment which is difficult and expensive, but there are some areas that need to be improved of. Farmers as participating subject, their satisfaction will directly affect the implementation and perfection of NCMS. In order to evaluate the level of satisfaction about NCMS from Ganzhou farmers who had participated NCMS, and find out the factors which influence the farmers' satisfaction. The author conducted this paper.The author had conducted a survey contains 300 farmers in Ganzhou, the survey is used random sampling method. Data collected was analysed by SPSS19.0 software. Through the analysis of the survey results, although the farmers overall evaluation of NCMS, but the current security level of NCMS in Ganzhou city is still not high; The farmers have higher satisfaction on mechanism and compensation system of the cost of NCMS, and the two factors also affect the participation of rural residents importantly. The farmers have the lowest satisfaction of the designated medical institutions, medical personnel service level need to improve. Finally, from some aspects put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as increasing of government financial investment, improving work efficiency, improving medical strength, improving service level of staff from grassroots medical institutions, increasing farmers' income and so on.
