Research On The Growth Path Of Petroleum Enterprises From The Perspective Of Government Regulation

Petroleum is an important energy of involving national security and national economy. The stable growth and development of petroleum enterprise have important effects on national economy construction and national security. At the present, China’s petroleum enterprise is at the stage of stabilizing domestic market and expanding international market. Searching for suitable transitional growth path becomes the priority of China’s petroleum enterprises in maintaining development under competition circumstances. The growth of China’s petroleum enterprise is accompanied by strong effects of government regulation; however, the past development of petroleum enterprise can’t guarantee its ongoing growth in the same pattern in the future. Under the circumstance of the appearance of possible block which influences the development of petroleum enterprise, the enterprise should choose the appropriate point to maintain and last itself growth. This, undoubtedly, have great significance on keeping healthy development of petroleum enterprise. Therefore, take the example of CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation), this paper summarizes the existent path growth of China’s petroleum enterprise and proposes new ideas of its growth under new situation by using document analysis method and case analysis method.This paper studies the growth path of China’s petroleum enterprise from the perspective of government regulation. The main contents include:firstly, making an outline of the enterprise growth theory, enterprise growth path theory, and government regulation theory; secondly, analyzing the current situation of China’s petroleum enterprise and summarizing the evolution process of government regulation management for petroleum enterprise by literature review; finally, concluding three ways of the past growth of China’s petroleum enterprise and its characteristics by using the case of CNPC, moreover, this paper also proposes new ideas for future growth path of China’s petroleum enterprise under new situation.
