| Saving is one of Chinese traditional virtues, while this great virtue has gradually disappeared. Nowadays, quite a number of extravagant consuming behaviors and non-saving productive patterns can be found everywhere. Conspicuous consumption has been considered as one kind of fasion. The excessive development of economic is largely due to the consumpstion of resources and this phenomenon eventually pollutes the ecological environment. The contradiction between excessive consumption and limited resource has became increasing sharp, thus restricts the construction of social harmony and influences the sustainable development.It is a fact that we are urged to build a society in an economic way. After serious consideration, people have realized that only if they can consume energy and resource in conservation-oriented way with healthy environment, the public life will be improved to higher-valued condition, the construction of society will be put forward in the harmony way, and also the economic will be leaded to the sustainable path. The rural part is a major component of society form in our country. The policy of developing conservation-oriented rural has been implemented and this policy has received wide-spread attention.Huai'an is a major agricultural city in Jiangsu province, and building a conservation-oriented countryside in Huai'an is of great importance. The shrinking natural resources in Huai' an countryside, the weaker capacity of ecological environment,the increasing conflicts between economic development and lacking of resources,also the high frequency of lacking water, scrambling for land and restricting the use of electronic, all of these make building conservation-oriented countryside a necessary choice for social development and new rural construction. The problems, which kind of paths will be used to construct conservation-oriented countryside in Huai'an and how to employ this conservation-oriented path are still vague.The solution of these problems will definitely facilitate the development of constructing conservation-oriented countryside in Huai' an.This paper proceeds research on the path for constructing conservation-oriented countryside in Huai'an based on the domestic and overseas study of constucting conservation-oriented society.This research firstly uses induction, contractive analysis, cases study and AHP, collects materials about natural resources and ecological environment in Huai'an, then arranges the paths of conservaion-oriented rural in Huai'an appropriately, which in the end offers reference relatively.The research shows that building conservation-oriented rural is the necessary choice of Huai'an social development and new rural construction; the path of building conservation-oriented rural include several levels; the significance of different periods in conservation-oriented paths behavior various; the construction needs to pick up the main conservation-oriented paths and employ them synthetically.The creativity of this paper lies on the research of choosing conservation-orient-ed paths to construct Huai'an countryside, lies on the use of AHP to compare and arrange significance of conservation-oriented paths, and also lies on the creating related table to illustrate arrangements, which leads to directive cognition on the important and logic conservation-oriented paths, that eventually cause pertinent choice. Researches about conservation-oriented society and economic rural have formed systematic results. This paper just refers to the related domestic and overseas discovery to pick, compare, and arrange the paths of conservation-oriented construction. Owing to self-limiting knowledge, the research is not so profound, systematic and comprehensive that perfect the whole conservation-oriented path. Advancing more scientific and reasonable methods to put forward the conservation-oriented construction in Huai'an is a future goal. |
