Qingdao Yellow Sea Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is the backbone of pharmaceuticalenterprises in Shandong province and Qingdao city. Since the middle1990’s, the QingdaoYellow Sea pharmaceutical has implemented the correct marketing strategy, and the enterprisehas developed well. After the implementation of new medical reform, the Qingdao Yellow Seapharmaceutical show a lot of marketing problems(,1)The marketing is insufficient funds;(2)Marketing is not sinking;(3)Price strategy produces significant errors.Aiming at these problems, this paper proposed Qingdao Yellow Sea pharmaceuticalmarketing strategy optimization measures from three aspects. Firstly, grasp the terminal andconsumers, including the introduction of marketing to sink, the increasing net sales efforts, thegrasping retail terminal, the strengthening technical service. Secondly, rich marketing tool,including to build public image by social welfare, to promote the expansion of academicconference, to promote relationship marketing, to increase brand advertising. Thirdly, a varietyof price strategy, including high price strategy, moderate price strategy, low price strategy, thedealer price subsidy strategy, and consumer rebate policies.In order to realize the optimization of Qingdao Yellow Sea pharmaceutical Co., Ltdmarketing strategy, also need to implement the relevant security measures,(1) Optimization ofthe marketing organization;(2)Increasing marketing investment;(3) re-integration of industrialchain.
