Research About Supply Chain Management Based On Cloud Logistics

Visualization and intensification, integration and efficiency are the higher goal ofsupply chain management dealing with the economic globalization. At present, in ourcountry more than60%of enterprise has set up of the website,80%of companieshave IT department and information system maintenance staff,70%of companiesincluding the order management system, warehouse management, procurementmanagement system, transportation management system; customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) system, such as information system, enterprise’s informatizationis becoming bigger. However, the situation of enterprise system integration is notoptimistic, about15%of the total enterprises don’t integrate between systems,integration of part of the system about62%, all integrated between system accountsfor only about23%. From the Angle of supply chain management, the fragmentedbetween enterprises result in the formation of information islands, and there areredundancy of enterprise information system construction. Building a logisticsinformation platform based on cloud computing clouds, not only solve theinformation exchange between the enterprise’s own information system, for thecommunication between enterprises, information communication between enterpriseand customer also provides a convenient, to avoid duplication of investment, improvethe utilization rate of resources, so as to realize the optimization of the supply chain,and improve the logistics service level fundamentally.In this paper, using literature analysis method to study the logisticsinformatization present situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds theproblems existing in current logistics informatization in our country, and expoundsthe supply chain coordination theory, the system of supply chain management theoryand the theory of outsourcing from the definition of cloud computing, cloud logistics and supply chain management,. The emergence of cloud computing in order toprovides a new train of thought and model for establish information platform, fromthe perspective of market demand, the government and enterprises demand, builtlogistics information platform of cloud based on the cloud computing architecture,provide the "one-stop" logistics information service, promote the enterprise’s intensivemanagement, systematic operation, co-ordinate distribution, implements thefunctional integration of supply chain management and dynamic alliance. Finallydiscusses the investment approach of cloud logistics information platform, the profitpattern of operation and safeguard measures, provides the guarantee for theimplementation of the logistics information platform of cloud.
