Research On Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism With The Cloud Service Providers

With the rapid development of Internet technology, cloud computing becomes the research focus of the world today. Cloud computing has a strong ability to calculate, nearly unlimited storage capacity. It is with low cost-in-use. The emergence of cloud computing makes the means of getting information, exchanging information and preserving information change dramatically. Supply chain coordination has been one of the main research directions of supply chain management. The main cause of the imbalance of supply chain is the lack of information sharing in traditional supply chain coordination management. Therefore, we must adopt the way of modernization and information for supply chain coordination management. The emergence of cloud computing meets the requirement. Applying the cloud computing technology to supply chain coordination management, we can achieve efficient supply chain information sharing. It is a new way to achieve supply chain coordination management.This paper will study the application of cloud computing s supply chain management. By combining the theory of cloud computing with the supply chain coordination management theory, the author puts forward solutions to the cloud computing application to supply chain management. This paper emphasizes the information sharing and cloud service technology. In this paper, the main research contents and innovations are as follows:Firstly, this paper makes an analysis of related information of cloud computing, the theory of cloud computing and its key technology, and designs supply chain system with cloud service mode. The author analyzes the theory of supply chain coordination management. The aim is to find out that information sharing low efficiency is the main cause of the imbalance of supply chain. Combining with the results of cloud computing and the supply chain coordination, the author puts forward the form of cloud services supply chain platform provided by cloud service provider. The aim is to realize the application of cloud computing to supply chain.Secondly, this paper makes an analysis of the theory of information sharing in supply chain. With the help of information technology’s function in supply chain coordination, the author studies characteristics and process of information sharing in supply chain with the cloud service mode. According to the deployment patterns of cloud services and supply chain operation model, the author works out deployment model of supply chain system with the cloud model. It expounds how to realize the supply chain coordination.Thirdly, this paper analyzes information sharing under the cloud model, and compares it with the traditional supply chain management mode. It expounds the new characteristics of information sharing of supply chain and provides the contents of information sharing. The author makes an analysis of factors influencing information transfer in the traditional supply chain. Combining with the characteristics of cloud services, the author puts forward the solutions and problems afterwards.Fourthly, in this paper, the author sets up the manufacturers-oriented Stackelberg game model under the cloud model. It studies supply chain coordination mechanism under the cloud model. Moreover, it sets up three different conditions where enterprise using cloud services in each node: no use of cloud services; manufacturers’ use of cloud services; use of cloud services. The author further analyzes supply chain profit distribution and he change of the gross profit of supply chain in these three cases. It testifies that the application of cloud services to supply chain coordination management is feasible.
