Study On Production Cost Of The Rubber Products In A Company

In today’s high-speed economic development environment, production cost is still the largest cost expenditure in the modern enterprise operation, thus saving the cost of production plays an important role in strengthening the enterprise management. So if the economic accounting is not attached importance, economic effect is not stressed, and the saving of the production cost is not noticed, the purpose of increasing in both production and income cannot be achieved. Even though the production cost reducing relates to the enterprise’s competitiveness and profitability, lots of enterprise operators tend to be more concerned with the sales turnover and devote their efforts and resources into marketing. Actually it is an one-sided practice. More often than not, the turnover increases, but the profit does not instead and some still are negative growth. It’s a thankless task. Actually the problem lies in the composition and distribution of the production cost, and moreover, the operator does not know how to control and reduce the production cost. Reducing the production cost of the enterprise is a systematic project, it needs to start from many aspects to tackle with. Many enterprises presently understand it simply and one-sidedly, the effect is very small. The enterprise aims for providing customers with satisfied products continually and at the same time pursues the maximum profit. In the current enterprise system, using some effective means such as reasonable resource configuration, innovation of science and technology and the advanced way of thinking, the product quality and the economic benefits can be improved and the cost management can be strengthened.In this paper, combined with the author’s actual work experience, the method which A enterprise used to reduce production cost of rubber products is analyzed and a simple discussion is made. Firstly, the current research and development situation of the production cost at home and abroad, the background and the main content of this article are introduced; Secondly, the concept and structure of the production cost and the production cost status in A enterprise are simply summarized; Thirdly, according to the production cost situation in A enterprise, the problems will be found out and its causes will be analyzed; Finally, according to the product characteristics, how to solve the above problems and from which point of view and what kind of ways and measures respectively to improve them will be elaborated.
