In today’s global economic integration, the growth of Chinese enterprises are not able to smooth sailing. As foreign companies have entered the domestic market to compete, the domestic business environment faced with numerous challenges. Only continued to improve employee performance to achieve organizational performance improvement, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.Performance appraisal is the core part of business management. It’s the "engine" that pushes the corporate development. Without proper appraisal, business strategy could not get down to the concrete working objectives, what’s more, without proper appraisal, we can’t make sure that whether the direction of employees’efforts and business goal are the same. Therefore, establishing and fulfilling the performance appraisal system should be the sufficient and necessary choice for modern company.In this paper, the research object is the HIT Division of DY company. The Author analyzed the present situation,under the performance management theory. To combine with organizational development strategy, making an inventory the performance of the target population who have a great influence on the organization’ performance, the author re-designed the staff and organization performance appraisal of the HIT Division.The purpose of this paper is to comb the performance appraisal theoretical, design the performance appraisal system and promote the Implementation measures of the performance appraisal. The author had a hope that the performance theory has a major breakthrough and provided a reference point for Enterprise’performance appraisal work.
