Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the market,formulating talent strategies at different stages of development,attracting and retaining key talents,benign development of corporate personnel,enhancing the brand effect of enterprises,and continuously promoting the development of enterprises have become the most important factors in the survival rules of enterprises.Part.It can be seen that the importance of human resources in enterprise management is gradually increasing and performance appraisal management as an important component of human resource management is the key to the invincibility of enterprises in market competition,and is an important link for enterprises to realize talent strategy.It is the core competitiveness of the company.This research is an innovative and exploratory research on the performance appraisal management system of the staff of the T Building Design Institute.It is expected to build a modern,reasonable and effective team performance appraisal management plan for the T Design Institute program,enhance its survival and competitiveness,and adapt to the development requirements of the new era and new situation.The existing assessment system of the Beijing T Architectural Design and Research Institute is too process-oriented,and the implementation is too formalized,so its positive role has not been highlighted.The Beijing T Architectural Design Institute program is also located in the talent market competition of the entire company and even the industry.It does not show its own advantages,and its scale has not been effectively expanded in the past five years.This topic is based on the reference and absorption of current domestic and international performance theory research results.Firstly,through the interview method and questionnaire survey method,the problems in the performance management assessment of the staff of Beijing T Design Institute are carried out in a targeted and systematic manner.Analysis.Secondly,using the key performance indicator method(KPI)and 360-degree performance appraisal method suitable for the enterprise to construct a scientific and effective performance appraisal management evaluation index system belonging to the staff of T Architectural Design Institute.Finally,according to the characteristics of the staff of the scheme team,the hierarchical method is combined with the expert Delphi method to give reasonable weight assignment to the assessment indicators,establish a reasonable performance evaluation process for the staff of the scheme team,and then apply the assessment results to the individual staff of the team.Development planning,job promotion and compensation adjustments,and training programs further drive the performance improvement of the entire program team.Finally,in the next quarter of the team assessment,the feasibility of the performance appraisal system is further verified by statistical analysis,interviews and questionnaires.Through verification,it is found that the newly optimized performance appraisal system is effective.Positive feedback and support are provided on both direct feedback from employees and qualitative feedback.It is a great affirmation of the new performance appraisal system.
