Performance management is an important means used to make the company achieve its aims, build competitive edge, and execute strategy. To build a performance management system is far away from a piece of cake,it is a system engineering. All corporations must set up valid performance management systems, which are suitable for them.The reason why performance appraisal is very important is that it provides feedback information for every aspect of human resource management. It is the essential point of the whole system and links tightly with other aspects. This thesis mainly studies how to establish and operate the performance appraisal system of the petrochemical works. On a basis of the job analysis, the paper has advanced the performance standard and concrete evaluation scheme. The system is established and lays stress on the development of employee talent and the feedback of the evaluation result. The main purpose of this paper is to establish a scientific and practical performance evaluation system which reflects the bilateral target of company and the employee, the "people oriented" administration thought could be introduced into the Human Resource Management. |
