With the development of society and economy, the public pay more and more attention to thequality of life and the security of food. However, in the recent years, the food security problemshappened one after another, even some great enterprises. These problems lead to terrible influencesin the public so that more and more people generally lose trust in the domestic food. In order tochange the situation, the government and relative departments should supervise strongly. Besides, other partners in the supply chain should positively take their responsibilities. So, in this paper, Ipropose the supply chain contract research about the security of primary agricultural products. The main problems in the security of primary agricultural products are introduced in the firstchapter. And in the next chapter, some important supply chain contracts concepts and theories arequoted, including the wholesale price contract, the revenue sharing contract, the quantity discountcontract, the buy back contract and the option contract. Then in the third chapter, we survey thecurrent conditions about the domestic primary agricultural products in the aspects of producing, circulating and regulating. In the fourth chapter, the quality of primary agricultural products isquantified with the AHP method. In the end, the supply chain contract about the security ofprimary agricultural products is established.Through the research, we find that the proper supply chain contract can improve the quality ofprimary agricultural products, can make the primary agricultural products more secure, and canincrease the profit of the supply chain made up by a peasant and a enterprise as a purchaser.
