Research Of Cluster Corporate Entrepreneurship Behavior Conduction Based On Focal Firms

In recent years, study cluster based on focal firms is an important way. Focal firms always play a leading role in the direction of cluster development. It is very important for industrial clusters to upgrade since the situation is bad, which confirms to the short of resources, risen of employee payments and also the short less of conduction earth. Corporate entrepreneurship is the key to its upgrading and so it does in industrial clusters upgrading. Starting at the corporate entrepreneurship in order to study in the process of entrepreneurship conduction and the factors which infect the process, get clear which way show the best conduction effect. This is an efficient method to solve the problems which industrial cluster faced nowadays.Corporate entrepreneurship is a process which combines the finding of external opportunities and using internal resources. Researches on corporate entrepreneurship always foxed on entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial performance, etc. The number of study on entrepreneurial behavior conduction is small and it comes less about the researches combined with industrial clusters and entrepreneurial behavior conduction, we still cannot figure out the driving mechanism of clusters entrepreneurial behavior conduction. This paper starts at focal firm corporate entrepreneurship, discuss on the change of clusters entrepreneurial environment along the knowledge spillovers and spill-ins. And then judge if the other corporate will follow up and take action.Firstly we figure out two points, cluster entrepreneurial environment contains relationship, culture and behavior, the other one is that entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial resources made up of the entrepreneurial factors. Next, used the mathematics to explain that it is easier for corporate to entrepreneur through conduction, and it is much easier under the affection of knowledge spillovers and spill-ins. At last, used netlogo to analysis the conduction of entrepreneurship in industry cluster, explained the relation between focal firms and the conduction. The results showed that,1) The entrepreneurship of focal firms will affect the cluster structure.2) It spreads fast in the beginning under the situation of focal firm who leads the conduction.3) Conduction effect is much better when it comes more entrepreneurship focal firms at the beginning.
