Domestic enterprises after30years of reform and opening up and development, part of the enterprise has developed into a group company, and even become transnational development group, the business scope has gradually diversified; at the same time, the management level of enterprises in development also gradually improve, management mode is gradually changing, large enterprise groups management by the original factory gradually transformed into the group management. Performance appraisal in the group management as an important component, is gradually being taken seriously, how to guide the implementation of performance appraisal through subsidiary strategic initiatives, to realize the strategic target, fair evaluation of subsidiary performance is the performance appraisal problems need to be solved.This article through to the domestic and foreign performance evaluation, group management related literature, combined with the actual situation of NP group, the NP group found that there exist some problems in the performance appraisal. In order to better the subsidiaries in performance evaluation, to achieve the overall strategic goal of the group, starting from the actual situation of the company, designs the new performance appraisal system, including the principles and purposes of performance appraisal, appraisal index selection, the determination of index weight and evaluation index of the evaluation criteria and evaluation rules, the relevant calculation methods.In the research process of combining theory with practice, based on relevant theories of management performance evaluation and the current research group NP group, according to the existing problem of current NP evaluation system, and group management features of the new performance appraisal system for re design.In the continuous development of the enterprise group, the group company management requirements are constantly changing, so there are still some problems and shortcomings in the establishment of performance evaluation system. Therefore the NP group’s performance evaluation system, evaluation methods to establish a set of practical, provide a reference for other enterprise performance evaluation.
