Research On Performance Appraisal Evaluation Indexes Systems Of Fixed Assets In Universities Based On AHP

The status of fixed assets management of universities is analyzed,and the significance of performance appraisal for fixed assets in universities is pointed out.Then the evaluation system is extensively studied in this paper.First of all,an evaluation indexes system for performance appraisal of fixed assets in universities is constructed by drawing lessons from the successes of fixed assets management history and the works of other related researchers.Secondly,taking into account the indexes systems constructed are multi-layered composite systems,AHP is meant to be used for calculating the indexes'weights.Finally,for most indexes of the indexes system are qualitative indicators,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used for integrated assessment.Then the theoretical model of performance appraisal for fixed assets in universities is constructed,followed with case analysis towards three universities as well as corresponding suggestions.
