The Research Of Supply Chain Coordinate When Demands Effected By The Efforts

As the market competition changes from enterprises to supply chain, supply chain management has become an important method to reduce costs and improve competitiveness. However, in general, due to the uncertainty of market demand, the complexity of supply chain network, the different objectives of supply chain members and other factors, the optimal decisions of supply chain members are different from the supply chain, which lead to supply chain have a lower performance and supply chain disorders. Therefore, how to improve supply chain performance and find supply chain coordination methods is the key of supply chain management. Supply chain contract is just the effective mechanism to improve the supply chain performance, which adopt information rules and incentives measures to clear the responsibilities and obligations of supply chain members, constraint their behavior, coordinate their interests, and then increase supply chain efficiency.This paper study the supply chain coordination problems under demands effected by the efforts, adopt buy-back contract as the basic supply chain contract means, and then combine with cost-sharing contracts and channel discount contracts supply chain of coordination issues, mainly as follows:(1) At the beginning, this paper clear background and raise question, and give study objectives, ideas and methods. Review the literatures relate to supply chain coordination under demand uncertainty and supply chain contract, and summarized literature mansions. Introduce basic theory of supply chain management, supply chain coordination and supply chain contracts, as theoretical foundation.(2) This paper mainly study two level supply chain coordination problem under demands effected by the efforts. First, the effect of buy-back contracts to supply chain coordination is analyzed, and then the result that buy-back contracts can not coordinate the supply chain is concluded; Second, for the efforts can be observed and confirmed, the improved contract that combine cost-sharing contract with buy-back contract is given, and then the supply chain costs and benefits and game model is analyzed, the result that supply chain can be coordinated under the improved contract is concluded; Third, for the efforts can be observed but not be confirmed, this paper present the improved contract that combine channel discount contract with buy-back contract, analyze the supply chain costs and benefits and game model, conclude chain can be coordinated under the improved contract; Finally, a numerical example is given to prove that two supply chain contracts can achieve supply chain coordination.(3) This paper mainly study three level supply chain coordination problem under demands effected by the efforts. First, for the efforts can be observed and be confirmed, this paper base on the improve supply chain contract analysis the supply chain benefits and supply chain coordiantion, the result that supply chain can be coordinated under the improved contract is conclued; Finally, a numerical example is given to prove that two contracts can achieve supply chain coordination.
