Research On The Risk Management Of Financial And Cost System Reforming Project,BG

The ERP of BG company put into operation in1998, including five subsystems which the financial and cost, quality, production, sales, delivery involved. The system currently has over the design life by the soft, hardware platform and technology stale constraints, which troubled BG company a lot. In order to ensure sustained, stable support for production management, BG company started to rebuild the ERP system in August2010, the rebuilding of financial and cost sub system was one of the core projects. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the project, the project risks must be studied seriously, and take effective measures to avoid risk, reduce risk loss.While the domestic large-scale software development projects, due to the lack of project management talents, basically no risk management or just starting out, not to mention the use of risk management technology to control the risk of the project.BG company financial and cost system was taken to be the research object in this thesis, according to the risk management mode such as risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring. Based on the project risk analysis, it took project requirement analysis, function design, development and debugging, on-line switching for full recognition. On this basis, it conducted a qualitative and quantitative assessment by using expert scoring method and equal risk curve which affected the project target such as human resource risk, schedule control risk, system switch risk, changes to project scope risk, communication risk, business need not clear risk, accounting process monitoring and accounting of the results of audit risk (risk of quality), user participation risk, development tools risk/development environment risk (risk of technology). According to the assessment results, it took corresponding risk coping strategies and control measures, and on the basis of relevant theory of risk monitoring, risk tracking.The risk research of the rebuilding of BG company financial and cost system provided effective protection to the project. This thesis attempts to use a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods to have in-depth studies on large software project risk management, which provided with some risk management method and train of thought for the project managers.
