With the development of China’s economy, China’s logistics industry has been rapid development. Especially in the fast pace of life environment, the international and domestic express demand growth is particularly obvious. Therefore, along with China’s accession to WTO, many foreign express enterprise plans to enter the Chinese market. Fedex is the first to enter the Chinese domestic express to push "domestic time limit" express products,and provide safe, quick, convenient Express service.Because of the Fedex DXP product have the significant influence to our country express industry’s development, so this thesis to research to Fedex DXP proudct marketing combination strategy have significance.This paper mainly research the Fedex DXP produt marketing combination strategy, based on work experience in myself and marketing theories to analysis the Fedex DXP’s business environment, the express industry characteristics, the present situation and the domestic express delivery market demand.With the SOWT analysis and STP theory to make market segmentation.,improve the Fedex DXP proudct marketing combination strategy in oder to make the Fedex DXP proudct marketing combination strategy.The conclusion of this paper mainly includes the design of the product and improvement marketing strategy, reaonable product price, marketing channel and marketing strategy formulation. At the same time, propose the important safeguard measures for Fedex DXP proudct marketing strategy, including establish strict quality management system,simplified processing programe to improve flexibility, and network construction.Also propose other opinions that improve employee hire selection criteria,training and evaluation.For many Express enterprises is studing Fedex product marketing strategy and got a lot of inspiration. So I hope that this paper studies have value for Express professionals, and have value for China express industry.
