A share of GDP than half non-public economy in our country, become the main channel of employment and reemployment of non-public enterprises, but the contradiction in labor. Although our country economy high speed development, labor conflicts has become the most prominent factors affecting the economic and social development of our country, there mainly erupted in non-public enterprises(2007)[1]. Labor relations in market economy is the basic of enterprise management and social economic relations, labor relations is good or bad directly affect the development of enterprises and even the entire social stability and development.Team is always the most fundamental organization and operation department, is the enterprise of the most active cells, is a platform connecting enterprises and employees, enterprise’s development cannot leave the team. Improve the level of team work and management team, led by the moral influence, and to realize the enterprise the management goal, training a exquisite skills, good style, innovative high-quality staff, has a very important role. Team construction and management is the key to improve the comprehensive quality of team leader, team leader is the enterprise production and operation of a line leader, organization management, is also the responsibility to position the key. Team, led by the moral influence and comprehensive quality directly determine the effectiveness of team building and team staff adaptability, good team leadership training work constantly improve and update the team leadership of management knowledge, management thinking and comprehensive quality, has the extremely important role. Team leader can fully arouse the enthusiasm of team members, let crew threw himself into the work, can contribute to the harmony of enterprise employees, reduce the enterprise’s labor conflicts, to create wealth for the enterprise, promote the development of enterprises and even the society as a whole.
