In recent years, with the continuous high-speed economic growth of our country, reverse innovation has become a hot phenomenon, many developing innovation activities and spreading it to the international market successfully. Engineering technology service industry, providing important auxiliary support to the cement, coking, oil and other industries, is one of the cases. Some engineering technology service enterprises have succeed in entering the international market, and compete with leading companies of developed country. Therefore, the study of the key factor impacting the reverse innovation of is of great significance.This paper aims to find the key factors impacting engineering technology service enterprise at different stages of reverse innovation, using the method of grounded theory analysis and explain the structure model. Through the multi-case study to analyze further, finally, build a model of the key impact factors adapting to the whole process of reverse innovation.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper adopted the grounded theory analysis, explain structure model and0-1scoring method. About the grounded theory, the first step is to collect data and information widely and grounded analyze every stage of reverse innovation fully, extracting the key factors of each stage. The results showed that the key factors in the technological import, localization and output phase during reverse innovation are organizational learning, the build of industry and technology as well as international access respectively. Meanwhile, in the second step of the grounded analysis, namely the stage of spindle decode, this paper introduces the0-1scoring method and interpretative structural modeling method to extract the relevant areas, reducing the errors caused by human factors effectively. Then, the factors mentioned above were analyzed deeper, and then the concrete manifestations of each factor were found. The. model on key factors affecting reverse innovation of engineering technology service enterprises in our country is thus eventually determined, which is the LITI model.Finally, this paper presents the limitation of the study itself and its conclusion, and proposes corresponding solutions to limitation. The conclusion has some practical significance for latecomer enterprises in China.
