The Analysis On The Development Of Chinese Enterprises' Technological Innovation

"The innovation is the power for the development of enterprises."But to the development of enterprises'techonological innovation, the question which pattern we should choose, independent innovation pattern or imitated innovation pattern has puzzled Chinese enterprises for a long time.First of all, the paper elaborates the concept and classification of the technological innovation. Then through the Chinese and foreign contrast, analyses the disparities between Chinese and foreign enterprises in the exertion of technological innovation main body function. At the same time analyses the role of government and how to create the environment and condition which is good for technological innovation in the process of enterprise technological innovation development. Afterwards, contrasts the advantages and disadvantages between independent and imitated innovation, and analyses which pattern of technological innovation Chinese enterprises should choose through the method of"Game Analyse".Through analyses, we find that imitated innovation is better for most of Chinese enterprises, but it is very important that imitated innovation does not equal to copy, and from the macroscopic significance, imitated innovation is a kind of innovation called"second innovation". So the paper researches the pattern of"second innovation"and analyses the case of Haier's second innovation.To the situation of Chinese country, enterprises should choose imitated innovation because it can decrease the cost of research and shorten the disparity of technology between Chinese and developed countries in a short time. But in the future, if the enterprises want to occupy the market leading position, and form the competitive advantage, enterprises must enhance the ability of independent innovation and develop the enterprises along the way of independ innovation.Next the paper researches how to improve the ability of independent innovation to Chinese enterprises, and finally proposes that"Reverse Engineering"is the practical choice to Chinese enterprises if they want to improve the ability of independent innovation.
