Performance evaluation is closely related with the enthusiasm of the employees. How to properly mobilized the enthusiasm of the staff is main concern for each enterprise. Performance evaluation and implementation, whether fair and reasonable or not, will directly affect the enthusiasm of employees and thus affect the actual benefit of enterprise.China CITIC Bank’s sustainable development strategy is faced with great threat of market competition because of the continuous reform and development of domestic financial industry and the development and competion of foreign banks in China, and the continually founding and rapidly growing of small and medium-sized banks which are in each province,city and town in China. Thus CITIC Bank urgently needs to take systematic measures and methods of performance evaluation to completely upgrade and transform in order to thereby ensure the enterprise strategic goals previously formulated to be successfully implemented even overfulfilled.Based on the comprehensive study of the modern enterprise system as well as the frontier modern authority theory of the performance evaluation system, matching and combining with the performance evaluaton and implementation characteristics of present China CITIC Bank, this thesis specifically analyzes performance evaluation index system and current implement situation for CITIC Bank LY branch, finding out that the current LY bank performance evaluation system has some problems as follows:unclear performance evaluation positioning, rough and unreasonable evaluation index,the lack of necessary risk aversion measuares.Combined with a series of problems of the current performance evaluation system of CITIC Bank LY branch, this thesis firstly defines the overall goals of performance evaluation design, seting up the improving of the performance distribution system as the performance evaluation goal and further improving the efficacy of hook formulate and implement. Secondly to formulate and perfect the performance evaluation system, this thesis expatiates them from the following points: the job goal specification, post explicit formulation and training work improvement. Finally, this thesis suggests that the bank should timely get feedback about the implementation and the results of performance evaluation system. Thus the bank could completely analyze and explain the existing problems, on this basis listing the related and supporting guarantee measures.This thesis mainly researches the following three aspects:first, the evaluation process, which optimizes the performance evluation content formulation and evaluation process of CITIC Bank and explains the characteristics of maintaining job mobility and flexibility with special emphasizing on the importance of the team; second, the evaluation method, which resonablly combines the year-end evaluation and quarterly evaluation according to the bank business management processes and emphasizes and highlights the periodical results of performance evaluation with special focus on process control benefits performance evaluation; third, the examination content, which establishes performance and three-dimensional integrated evaluation index system using the advanced theory and the method with special focus on professional skills, quality management and team building contribution of China CITIC Bank.The above three aspects in mutual supplement and perfection could evaluate comprehensively CITIC bank jobs with the use of a variety of performance evaluation methods of KPI,360degree evaluation, combining with the calculation of the final evaluation of the results of the ladder hierarchical structure model. About the evaluation index, three layers, which are joined together and corresponded to each other, have been set up to improve the practicability of the evaluation index, ensuring that the CITIC Bank performance evaluation index are more scientific, comprehensive, practical and feasible.
