Commercial banks developing management, is inseparable from the management of people.Commercial banks to strengthen human resources management, is benefit for improving operationalefficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of commercial banks in the market. This paperresearch common problem in local branches of China’s commercial banks and this paper relies onthe Performance Evaluation System of Local branches of Commercial Bank-X bank, to interviewswith the bank employees, questionnaires issued and so on,In the study, it finds that the local branches out of the local situation, instead of focus only onthe duty. Home in Shanxi, Jinshang spirit is familiar to everyone. Integrity, pragmatic, innovative,focusing on the talent person are the excellent qualities. These qualities shine Jinshang nearly fivehundred years. we can study Jinshang spirit. If we become skilled at indenturing mechanism andsolving the agency problem in local branches of China’s commercial banks, Performance Evaluationwill be more effective and reasonable. Furthermore, the development of local branches ofcommercial banks will promote the sustainable development in local branches of China’scommercial banks.
